The course will introduce students to the basic principles and fundamental concepts of inorganic geochemistry. The class will emphasize the association between chemistry and geology, and will highlight the application of geochemistry in solving geological and environmental problems. The course will introduce and develop the quantitative skills needed to solve problems in geochemistry.
